Shipping Policy
At LiDi Apparel, we create made-to-order and small-run collections for boutiques. To ensure clarity and fairness, the following policies apply to all wholesale and preorder transactions:
Pre-Orders & Custom Production

All pre-orders and custom production orders will be delivered only on the date mutually agreed upon by both parties.

A 50% deposit is required before production begins. This deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations made by the buyer after order confirmation.

Production will only proceed after the buyer’s approval of the tech pack. Once approved, LiDi Apparel is not responsible for any errors or changes in measurements, designs, or details. However, we provide assistance and guidance during the approval stage to help ensure accuracy in size range, fit, and corrections prior to top-of-production samples.
In-Stock Products

In-stock products will be shipped within 1–2 weeks after the transaction is confirmed.

Processing and preparation may take up to 2 weeks, depending on the nature of the order and transaction clearance.
Responsibility

LiDi Apparel will make every effort to deliver orders on time and in good condition.

Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other third-party services are beyond our control and are not grounds for cancellation or refund.
