Welcome to LiDi Apparel. By accessing or using this website, placing a wholesale order, or booking a service with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Wholesale Orders

LiDi Apparel provides exclusive small-run collections for boutiques only. We do not service large department store accounts.

All wholesale orders are final sale. Due to the nature of boutique production and exclusivity, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on wholesale purchases.

Each collection is produced in limited quantities to maintain uniqueness. Slight variations may occur as part of the handmade or small-batch process.
Development Services

All services (tech packs, sampling, consultations, etc.) require an appointment and deposit to begin.

Deposits are non-refundable. If production moves forward with us, development fees may be credited toward the order.

Cancellations are non-refundable. However, you may reschedule your appointment with at least 48 hours’ notice.

Missed or same-day canceled appointments are considered forfeited.
