For sample development, tech packs, or artisan collaborations:
•     Deliverables and timelines will be clearly outlined in writing
•     Up to 2 corrections are included per pattern; additional revisions may incur fees
•     Grading and production runs are add-on services and priced separately
•     Clients must provide accurate measurements, grading rules, and factory requirements in advance

4. Intellectual Property
All designs, patterns, tech packs, and brand assets are the intellectual property of Modest Bloom & Sorella unless otherwise agreed in writing.
•     You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute our materials without permission
•     Collaborative designs may be co-owned or licensed based on written agreement

5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products:
•     We do not offer refunds or returns on samples, patterns, or digital files
•     If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days for review
•     We will assess each case with fairness and care

6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
•     Delays caused by third-party vendors, shipping partners, or factory errors
•     Losses resulting from misuse, miscommunication, or unauthorized alterations
•     Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.
